中国汽车出口已经是全球第一了，并且已经进入了很多国家市场，但是唯独没有进入美国市场。原因是美国非但不给中国电动车补贴，还有高关税。

二 | 而最近外媒报道说，将再次增加中国新能源汽车的关税，让中国汽车的出口越来越难。

据《华尔街日报》等海外媒体10日报道，美国总统拜登决定将中国产电动汽车关税从原来的25%提高到100%，提高4倍。美国汽车业界一直担心，仅征收25%的关税还不足以阻止中国低价电动汽车的攻势。

最近，美国前总统唐纳德·特朗普曾表示，如果在11月的美国大选中获胜，将把中国列为适合的国家，对中国产品征收60%的关税。他解释说，这是为了防止与其他制造商相比相对便宜的中国产品进入北美，破坏内需市场生态系统而采取的应对措施。

在今年11月美国大选之前，拜登总统似乎也意识到了前总统特朗普的表态。预计即使政权更迭，中方也无法避免这样的关税方针。

对此，中国政府慷慨激昂地暗示了贸易战。如果美国强行实施这些关税政策，将采取贸易报复措施。

五 | 中国外交部发言人林健表示：“我们将采取一切措施维护中国的利益和权利。”

现有的只对中国电动汽车征收的关税已经非常严苛。如果包括2.5%的现有关税和25%的中国产品进口关税，合计将征收27.5%的关税。但是中国电动汽车的价格相对来说非常低廉，即使征收27.5%的关税，也可以在美国以有竞争力的价格推出。

目前，中国正迎来EV的全盛期。

六 | 2023年美国电动汽车平均占有率仅为7.6%。虽然在引进电动汽车方面领先的加利福尼亚州占有率为21.4%，但中国在自己的电动汽车市场占有率高达37%。

考虑到中国电动汽车制造商的上升趋势，北美出口似乎是理所当然的。但如果美国上调中国产电动汽车关税的方案获得通过，中国品牌将在北美市场当地追加建设工厂，如果不能从美国当地采购大部分零部件，北美出口将很困难。

面对美国的刁难，中国新能源汽车产业想要突围，进入美国是很难了。

九 | 我认为不如干脆放弃美国市场，因为在全球市场面前，美国市场的规模也就这样。但就怕美国会联手其它国家，一起给中国使绊子。
